Whittier Connections is a neighborhood campaign to house the most at-risk individuals in our community. In early November of 2011, Whittier Connections will join forces under the leadership of nonprofit Whittier's First Day, PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) and 100,000 Homes to create a by-name and photo detailed registry of the neighborhood’s homeless residents to find the most vulnerable individuals.

The 100,000 Homes Campaign is a national movement of participating communities to find homes for 100,000 chronic, vulnerable homeless individuals by July 2013.
